i got this girlfriend that talks bad to my family and friends?

i say to my mom i went to the blood bank to give blood and my girlfriend got mad at me saying i should not tell any of our busisness to family member i dont understand it then she tells my sister in law on her voice mail she leaving the state when she get the money i think she never tell me the hole story
