How can I create a humorous dialogue of a realtor showing a house to a family?

I just can't think of anything; any suggestions would be great
(no profanity please)

He can try to turn obvious negatives, like living behind a slaughterhouse or a nuclear facility or near a prison, into positives. Also, every time he mentions the price, it's a little bit lower than the last time. He can mention about how outdated things like shag carpeting and hand wringers (used to be used in the 20's to wring water out of wet laundry) are coming back in style. Finally (and this actually happened to us when we were looking for our first house), he could be showing them a house where there is a big tree growing right in the middle of it and he could be fumbling for the good points of that while the kids are running around so excited about it.

Bring along white gloves and check the house for dust. Start rearranging furniture, open cabinets in the bathroom and start reading the labels to him... The words will flow, don't worry...
