Does anything change between you and your partners family once you get engaged?

I worry about what his family will say when we tell them.

I worry that they are only pretending to like me and will hate me if I try and marry him!

is this strange? I know it sounds weird!

does anyone else do this?

I also worry about telling my parents, but I think that it is because people in my family dont really talk about their feelings and getting engaged is like shouting "i love you". did anyone (please note I only mean people with families like mine becasue no one else would understand!) else evr feel like this?

stop worrying if they like you as hes girlfriend then im sure they will love you as his wife good luck....
