Need to pack my family for a month. We are visiting France?

We are leaving for France in one month and we are staying for one Month. I have a 4 yrs old and 2 yrs old son.

We will be staying with in-laws on the outskirts of Paris the first week and then we are all going to stay beside the ocean for one week. After that we are staying in Central France for a week and it can get pretty chilli there. Hubby and I will probably visit Amsterdam (the 2 of us for approx. 4 days)..

What do I pack? Our luggage allowance is not that heavy.
