my partner wants to move back in and be a family but her parents are being to...

...protective of her.? me and my partner broke up about ten weeks ago as she wasnt happy. she has realised now that i am what she wants an she is ready to move back in but she fears her parents. she is 17 years old and we have a 6 month old baby. its not as simple as her running away as her dad wont help dismantle the cot and we cant afford to buy another cot just because they are trying to spite my partner but instead spiteing our son. what do you suggest i say or do to my partner to help her move out quickly so her parents hasnt got to tell her how to live her life and our sons life.
