Help! Yahoo! Answers Copyright?

I've just found a website of a private company which looks alike and has the same content with Yahoo! Answers of my country. I've seen the "Information for intellectual property rights owners" but I can't find the answer(more detail: it's a website about consumer electronics but also have the "Ask & Answers" section about "Family, relationship, mom& baby...". How ridiculous!?)So is it the infrigement of copyright?It's urgent. I'll really appreciate for all your help. Thank you.

Um.. well other companys can have the same system.. but it can't be absolutely identical.so.. no it's no violating Copyright laws.. at least not in the USA

Yahoo Answers is a public access site. They allow other sites to link to and post the Yahoo Answers on their own sites, either through RSS feeds or through access to the programmers code link.
