go if will be difficult would you go? If you were invited to go see family members (and the trip would be very expensive around $5,000 for airfare) but you know that you will be tense and uncomfortable with some of those who you would be visiting, would you still go?

In my heart I want to go, but I know if I do I will be told what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. I hate that and it makes me very uncomfortable. But if I say anything the relatives would get angry and upset.

Some of these visits involve children and grandchildren. I want to stay in a hotel but they want me to stay with them.

I haven't seen some of them in about 1 1/2 years. They never come to visit me as some don't like to fly and some just won't come here at all.

What would you do?
I guess I should say that I am the oldest one and a senior citizen also. I guess I am just tired of being everybody's punching bag.
