...problem even if he's locked in basment I will have him in a cage in the back of the basement.
Please know that I don't normally chain and lock my dog up. I was told that this would be an issue if I wanted to start my own family child care. I told the person that I have a finished basement where the dog would be able to stay during hours of operation. This person's response was "that's might not be enough. That's why I asked to find out if I had a cage for the dog would this allow me to continue with my business. I'm also only providing after school care at this moment which is why I thought that it wouldn't be an issue for the dog to be down stairs for 2 hours.
