well im 16 and im trying to stop ive been trying to do ever thing i wrestle, and play football, do track and i thought it would help to build my will power, and ive been jogging and lifting weights to try to get rid of it but when ever my mom leaves with my brother and sis i have to temptation to masterbate on the computer and plus im christian and im doing my best to be one! i really need help please if u read this PLEASE HELP ME
