My 56 year old, male family member is experiencing profuse sweating and some nausea?

He has high blood pressure but always takes his meds. All of a sudden, hes started sweating profusely with some nausea and headache. The ailment passed within about 48 hours. this is the second time that he has experienced these symptoms within a span of 15 years. does anyone know what it could be?
