financial issues family issues i just dont know what to do?

so...a while back I got into a minor car accident. insurance won't pay for it because it was on a closed road. My mom is a single parent with a not very good job. since the accident she has been incredibly stressed and depressed.
today the shop called with an estimate..the car will be almost 7000 dollars...this kind of money we don't have and we don't make. My mom is depressed, we have no money, we arent going to have any money and I really really don't know what to do. we've asked my dad, and two grandparents for help, all together this gets us probably around 3000 dollars.
I'm not sure what I'm asking...but I just have no idea what we're going to do...or what we can do.
I was driving on a closed road to get to work as a matter of fact...I'm a new driver and didn't know how to react when I hit loose gravel.
i do help out a lot...our money combined just barely gets us by
