Dead people talk to my husband and have him contact their family to tell where something is. Whats happening?

He didn't ask for this to happen it just did. Example, a customer came into his business and left a picture of a young girl that had just gotten killed in a car wreck. My husband had to stay late that night and the deceased girl appeared to him and told him to tell her mother to check under the drawer and she'd find what shes been looking for. He reluctantly told the girls family members what had happened. They were a little freaked out but went home, pulled out all drawers and found a photograph taped under a drawer that the mother had been frantically searching for since the girls death. The family came in and hugged my husband. This is becoming a common thing for him. He's extremely handsome but, some people who know about this thing he can do, treat him like he's got a disease at times. He keeps a lot of stuff that he sees to himself now. I think it's amazing that he's always right. It seems to be getting stronger. I want to know why it's getting stronger, why him & WHY?
