California Family Law Violations?

Any man who has been through a custody dispute can surely attest to the horrendous amount of gender bias and lack of proper handling of facts and rights in court.

My question is this: does anyone know "specifically" what laws family court routinely violates?

I keep hearing things like "lack of due process of law" and other things, but I'm looking for something more specific to research.

Can someone with a background in law answer this one?
It grates on my soul that these things actually do come down to "he said - she said." These things are not proof and, as I see it, this lies at the heart of the problem. It is mind-boggling to me that my kids are being stripped from me entirely based on the biased opinions of "licensed" therapists who generate reports against me. Not one iota of proof has been put forth that I ever physically attacked my wife or made any threats to her in any form whatsoever. Yet, my children are being taken from me completely based simply on the her allegations (and boy is she mad at me for daring to take half of "her" retirement).

The system is pathetic.
