I'm Wiccan and I'm having a problem with my finace's very Catholic family?

My finace's has no set faith he is more along the lines of a buddist/progressvie christain. But, his family is very Catholic.
Every month his grandmother writes a family news letter she includes weddings, birthdays, trips she makes to see others etc. Well when she talks of wedding she says example:" Mark is planning his wedding with his finacee Gina" <---see finacee
So, this months newsletter just came and she wrote about the trip she made to FL for my fiance's sisters wedding and she spoke about me and called me "his lady freind". Mind you we have been together for almost 3 years and we even told her about our wedding. I'm sick of having to demand respect from this family.Every other word out of their mouth is god this and god that and I just sit there and hold my tounge.I'm to the point of not even inviting this woman because she might have a heartatack after seeing a Wiccan handfasting.My finace is sick of it too. My side of the family we are respect one another.
And yes I do respect his mother and his grandmother. When is grandmother goes on one of her Catholic preaches I just sit there and nod my head not saying anything to her. I'm upset because she see's others as a couple but not us.
