I need advice with family and school?

so my dad started a new job and he always drives and does everything because my mom doesn't like doing anything except when its for her. and now his job is full time mon-fri.
so now my mom has to drive me to school
and when she drove me she kept complaining about how she hates driving and its hott. so then we arrived and I told her to pick me up in an hour but she said she rather wait and asked if she could wait inside and I said no because shes not allowed to because thats one of the rules. (seriously)
so then hour later I see her sitting in the back of the class and she goes "your mean you said I couldn't waait in the classroom and its hot outside you don't care.." and now she wants me to drop out of summerschool because she doesn't wanna take me anymore!
what am i suppose to do!

the situation is more serious than it seems because my mom has a mental illness. I honestly want to be adopted or something.
