| Snake Eats Family Dog As Kids Watch?
I don't understand; the owners saw the snake when the dog was half way down its throat. Wouldn't the dog still be alive at this point-snakes don't have teeth they swallow their prey whole. Why didn't they take an axe to the snake and get the dog? Wasn't it still alive in the stomach? Why didn't it scream or try to claw out?
