My family would do anything to keep me from joining the Army?

So when I go in to talk to a recruiter and fill out the paper work, would it be a stupid idea to put down a friends adress? of course with permission. I don't want my family to know I'm joining because seriously they would have a heart attack and go crazy, no joke exspecially my mom. they would call every recruiting place and make a big sceen until they drive me out with embarressment.
what the hell people? I'm female.
