My sister is the "baby" of the family and she doesnt want to grow up please help!!!?

my sister is the "baby" of the family. shes 9 and doesnt help around the house, and isnt too bright in school. she is lazy and if she tried in school i know she would be very smart. however, since shes the "baby" and gets away with everything, my parents really dont care. also, she is too lazy to help around the house. my parents work full time jobs and i am the one who does laundry and cooks and cleans while she just sits there in front of the tv. my parents only encourage her by saying "its ok, shes still a baby she will work harder later." im worried about her, and im also sick of doing all the work around the house. i dont want her to grow up to be a dumb lazy person. and please do not tell me im being judgemental-im not. shes actually a lot worse than i describe her. im basically the person who takes care of her and im worried. how do i get it through her head shes not a baby anymore? its gonna be hard because my parents tell her differently. please help
