Told guidance counselor about family problems...idk what she is going to do? Help!?

My dad is an alcoholic and also uses drugs My home situation is horrible. There are always fights both my parents are verbally abusive to me. Recently, it has a lot gotten worse. My soccer coach who happens to be close friends with my guidance counselor noticed a change in my behavior. I am usually generally agreeable and don't cause any problems. All the stuff going on at home is getting to me and its been showing at practice, I guess my attitude has changed. My coach told my counselor he was worried about me, and then she called me down to her office and I said everything was ok. Then I was walking outside the other day because I had to get out of my house and I was crying. I ran into her and she asked me if I was alright. I just broke down and told her everything. She wants to help me, I'm afraid now that I told her, what if she makes me go into foster care or what if my parents find out I told someone. What should I do?
