Telling Family about Pregnancy?

The big delema is that I have been very open about my lack of desire to have children. I am 23 and married to my husband for nearly 4 years and he is 28. So it is not like we are in a complicated situation. However this pregnancy was not planned and I am just nervous about the reaction of my family. I am about 6 weeks along and I am just very nervous about the reaction. My parents would be very supportive and we had plenty of time to tell them yesterday but I chickened out. Please any tips would be great.
I was talking emotionally supportive not any other way. Even if you are married the emotional support of family is always good. I come from a very big close family so being their for each other in part of life.
I should mention my parents are not hurting for grandchildren. They already have 11 ranging in ages 23 to 6 months. My husbands parents already have 6. I feel I really need to tell my parents because my mom is in her 60 and hates Vermonts winter weather so she and my father leave to go to florida from mid january through mid march so I want to tell her before she makes to many plans as that is when I am due.
