Should I stop trying to help my family?

I am constantly trying to help my brother and other family members and I always seem to get screwed over. Right now my 18 year old brother is living with me and my husband and he already owed me over a thousand dollars. Now he is racking up a long bill with my hsband. He has had minors smoking weed at our house while we were gone and has closed him sel in our room with two girls. My cousin whom I have been helping has a son that will be one in september my husband was giving her money for baby food and dipers and she was going behind our back asking my mother for money. My husband has been against it but I feel like I have to help them should I cut them off for good?
