My dad and mom allowed my cousin who is 24yrs old and she has 2 daughters 3 and 6yrs old. The older girl is HIV+ and we suspect that my cousin and the other girl are HIV+ too. We think that they got it because my cousins husband was very promiscuous etc etc my cousin is staying here while she gets back on track (her husband lives in mexico) the older girl is in the hospital right now, she's very sick veyr high fever and my cousin doesnt want to come clean and tell us that she in fact has HIV. we found out because test results(from immigration) came in the mail and my dad opened them by mistake. Im worried about my younger sister because she spends a lot of time with the girls and i dont know what to think about all this.. could they all have HIV and is there any risk for us?
what should we do?

duh its a blood disease !!! but little kids play and get cuts and scratches..also sharing same bathroom..razors stuff i dont know
my sister doesnt know all that and my brother never pays attention to anything.
