which cell phone provider has the cheapest family plans or do they all have even plans?

i have tmobile with 3 phone family plan and we pay about $80 for 700 minutes nothing else.but im tired of tmobile because they have crappy phones so im thinking of switching to another provider and getting a family plan but i was wondering how much money other ones are.(im talking about just family minute plans not texting or anything extra)
