Family and Dinner?

im 13years old and im part of a latino family. we arent your average latino family, in fact were basically a regular american family. But one of the things that bothers me, is that we never have dinner together. someone eats at one time, and others eat at another time. And my dad doesnt get home from work until around 8 pm. Me and my older sister really want family time, because we dont talk to much to eachother and we dont know wats going on between us. And sometimes i dont even feel like im in a family. so can anyone help me with this problem, if you can:
