what do i do about my messed up family?

ok, so heres the thing; my family is a huge mess. I have one older sister and a younger brother, my dad lost his job about 2 years ago and my mother is supporting us all of us and paying for my sister college. My dad constantly makes up excuses on why not to work, and on top of that he has a very bad temper. He hits me, my brother and my 18 year old sister. he has also hit my mom. My sister is so messed up from all the times my dad has hit her that she doesnt even wanna look at any of is anymore. she just wants to leave. Ive never seen my parents kiss, hig, or even hold hands before. NEVER. I have seen my dad cheat on my mother numerous times. I dont even know how my mom keeps supporting this. This situation has me scared for my life. I mean who knows when my dad will take ot too far and seriously injure me? Im very scared.. please help me. I need advice on how i can deal with all of this.
