Family shelters?
I'm curious...when you live in a shelter with your family and they give you your own apartment do you have to pay water or electricity? Do you have to pay some kind of rent? Why would they give you 30 days to move out? I'm just really curious...if you know how the whole shelter thing works or you know of a web site can you please send it my way. Thanks!
