Mom who has $$, wants Money$$ from a struggling family of 5....How do I deal with her?

My mom recieves a check every month from a settlement. She only get paid once a month, but it is a addequate amount for a single person such as herself. She blows all of her money at the mall the first week she has it.

Then the rest of the month she calls me and asks me for money for food. My husband and I are barely making it. We lost our home, we have 3 children who live with us and he has to pay child support for his 2 sons from a previous marriage.

I get really mad when my mom does this. She has been doing this all her life.

When she calls she has this really sad voice and says..."I don't have any food here."

There have been times where I have asked her for help and she never says no.

So that's why I have a hard time telling her no. But I am getting really tired of her doing this.

How do I deal with her???
