Family issue??

My brother Trent, which is finaly 18, still lives with us. There is my mom, my brother Trent, there is me (16) and my little brother PJ who is 9.

Well, Trent is 18 so he thinks anything and everything we do or say is stupid, so he gives my mom non-stop attitude and always makes PJ cry by insults and makes him feel llike he's nothing. I try my best to make PJ feel special because I don't want him to grow up and want nothing to do with me. Trent has been told this more then once and he still doesn't get it. He is always texting and trying to go hang out with this girl who is absolutly PATHETIC.. Everyone in the house wants to kick him out but he doesn't have any money or a full time job or even a car.. he really doesn't get how good he has it.. and we've already thought about my dad taking him but my dad won't take any of his crap so its a no.. Trent is really stressing everyone in the house out and we can't take it any longer.. what do we do???? Thanks for your time
