Anyone recommend a family law solicitor (Scotland)?

My sister is having serious problems with the Child Support Agency. Several instances of maladministration one during a tribunal when a CSA rep. gave the wrong information. The CSA are now taking her ex-husband to court to recover £12000 worth of arrears, but will not tell her what is going on. Their representatives just tell her they will phone her back and don't. Someone at the CSA told her she ought to put in a complaint based on how her case has been handled over the past six years, but she is very aware that she is trying to do the best for her kids and doesn't want to get it wrong for them. She would like a solicitor to start dealing with the case, but as she has not had cause to instruct one before, has no idea how to find an appropriate one. She lives in Perth, Scotland, but would travel. Her ex lives in England.
