I have no clue what my ancestry is. Family says "Filipino," but nothing I look

I have no clue what my ancestry is. Family says "Filipino," but nothing I look

up comes from there. Help! My maiden name is Indreginal, but was told it was Marfil/Pamplona. On my mom's side it is Iranon and Orosco or Potes. I researched these names and seem to only find them in South America or Spain. Do I have any "true" filipino ancestors?
