| Please Help! Question about family and will?
My grandmother had a will and left everything to my dad. There are a number of people that are very upset of this, and they choose to believe that my dad had coerced my grandmother to do this. The will was signed with two witnesses, a lawyer and a doctor who claimed that he was of sight, sound, and mind. My dad wasn't even there when they wrote up the will or when she signed it!
The other party is making up lies saying that right before my grandmother died ( of cancer, but she also had dementia ), she said that my dad was taking everything and she was scared. This is a flat out lie.
How far do you think this party can get telling all these lies? They claim that they're going to see the doctor and get the doctor to change his mind? Does this happen often?
To me this is right vs. wrong, and they are WRONG! My Dad bent over backwards for my grandma and I'm worried that through lies and their "beliefs" that they could get some of her things.
What are your opinions? HELP PLEASE!
