can i sue my business partner who is family?we have a drawn up contract not

notarized but witnessed!? he deposited $2000.00 in an account with the business name an address we have a contract stating we share all expenses until the business or fold he walked away with $19988.00 closed the account an said i have no money(he had the money i had the product) in eight weeks we had$ 67000.00 Bar-B-queing I have all the bank records the cash regisiter reciepts
