Admits affair but wants to keep family status quo?

I thought my husband of 18 years was a good, solid, truthful man. After taking a week between jobs to "clear his head" by driving down the coast, he admitted to looking up a flame from 30 years ago. "She is nice person who accepts me for who I am. She does not want to destroy our family. She wants to meet you and teach you to play golf." He has said that she is going to stay in his life for good but that he is willing to keep the family "status quo". He will not rub my nose in it but he will need to take a "business trip" every few months to visit her. Sex was not very good for the past few years as I went through menopause. We have 2 teenage sons, one who is a constant stress about whether he will get through school with his ADHD. He has said that because of her, he can now be nicer to me. And because of that our relationship will get better if I can give him his space and give him "unconditional love". i.e., not ask that he give her up. She has no kids or worries. Help
BTW - they "have this deep astral connection" (soul mate?) I want to keep the marriage but how should I react?

What a load of BS. He wants the status quo so he doesn't have to pay child support!!! Set him free to <connect> on another level <ya right> with this woman. OMG, I would never believe such a load of crap.!
