Dave LaP has a spectacular aura about
I have lost a treasured family recipe for candy chocolate covered easter eggs...

...with a vanilla center. Help? All I remember is that it used confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and oil. I don't think flour was in the recipe. When done you dip the vanilla in Hersheys baking chocolate and put it in a cookie tin. Thanks for any help with this!

Baby Sized Easter Egg Centers

1 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 lb Powdered Sugar --
Approximately
1/2 lb Butter
1 1/2 ts Vanilla

Instructions:
Mix sugar & cond. Milk, Butter, Vanilla together (The amount of sugar
depends on how much can be worked into the mixture). When well mixed, form
into 100 balls (or tiny egg shapes). You can dip these into chocolate
coating or colored coating . Note: These can be made into Candy Easter Egg Centers
you may also add Flavoring or coloring.
