| The real Hoyt family story? I reacently saw an AWESOME trailer for the upcoming horrer movie, "The Strangers". It said it was based on a true story, taking place at 1801 Clark Road on February 11, 2005, about 3 assialents going after a couple with the last name Hoyt. Does anyone know what the real story is, and if it's actully true? I really want to know, and i cant find any information.      |

| Good question, actually. I've been reading up on this, as The Strangers looks very, very scary! I'm not 100% sure, though. I've heard that it was a Manson-type murder scene, and I've also heard that the Hoyt-incident was just made up. But who knows! Either way, this movie is going to be insanely frightening. Not sure if you saw the new trailer, but that part where Liv Tyler is just standing there, and the killer is standing a few feet behind her in that doorway. Whooo, gives me the chills just thinking about it. |
