How do I get my guardianship from my parents to a family friend?

How do I get my guardianship from my parents to a family friend?

I want to move back to Missouri. I'm only 17 years old. They said they'd let me move back, but I fear that I won't be able to enroll myself into school without guardian consent. I think my aunt would sign as my legal guardian, but how I do get her to have that power? Do I HAVE to go to court? Would it be okay if we just SAID she had guardianship over me? someone please help me.
