I have a huge crush on a family friend, but he is going out with someone...

...already. What can I do? He has a girlfirend and likes another girl aswell. I know thier names... they arent me. How can I get him to notice me?
he is NOT a player. we get a long really well and i see us in the future. we have a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrysimilar personality. i just want him to know i like him.
