I'm gay and my family hates me 4 that.. plz help?

Well, i came from a single parent family that had 6 children and im the youngest.. 2 months ago my mother and siblings found out about me being gay and me having a boyfriend.. they got really mad and they told me that i have 2 break up with him and not be gay anymore.. they also call my boyfriend and told him that he has 2 break up with me otherwise, many bad things will happen.. i havent talked 2 my mother in 2 months but i talk 2 my brothers and sisters.. i luv my family but i also luv my boyfriend and i really dont wanna break up with him coz we have all these plans 4 the future and i know he luvs me and he is supporting me in anything.. i mean any other person would have broken up with me once i got in this serious problem.. now, i dont know what 2 do with my family and what im supposed 2 be telling them..
