Family bath time- baby's skin getting wrinkly?

My husband and I started a routine of bathing together with our baby at night. I breastfeed him while in the tub, and sometimes it takes a while to finish our bath.

How long can I keep baby in the water before his skin starts to wrinkle? Is there a reccommended time frame for a bath?

My husband and I really enjoy our family bath time together. It is a great bonding tool and I hate to cut it short.

I would say as long as baby stays warm, a little wrinkly skin won't hurt anything. Warmth is the important thing. I would love to bathe with my baby, but I have to have my water really hot, so I haven't yet.

um i think its kinda weird...but whatever floats your boat. i'd only keep him in a few minutes, he'll get cold otherwise. are you guys wearing bathing suits? kinda a hygenic no-no if you ask me. us women leak all kinds of stuff out of us and do you really want that on your baby? it just doesnt seem sanitary at all.
