All I want is a real family....how do I make sure I get one?

I live in an extremely small town with my Mom, "Dad," and younger sister. My "Dad" is an alcoholic with anger issues. My Mom is my rock and my savior, and my sister is getting caught up in social cliques...I suspect she is as lost as I am, but she is not close enough to me to listen to what I say. I am getting more and more active in my church all the time...but what I really want and REALLY need is a family to be just that. How do I make sure I get one soon....I realize I can't fix the one I have....so what do I do? All I want is a Dad....and a family that loves me...to do all the things a family does....without all of the chaos.
