Boyfriend's family hate me and have banned me from going to the christening!?

My Boyfriend is 25 with 1 brother. They are very close. Bro's wife has never liked me, despite my best efforts. I've bought expensive gifts for her &her children &never once had a thankyou card. For the 1st few times she was ok, but last xmas she got pregnant&everything changed, like i wasn't good enough anymore. Boyf didn't help as when we split he told his bro all our arguments (bad points) &I found out what nasty things bro had said about me. Recently i tried to smooth things as i don't like conflict. Sent email to bro, which his wife read, replied to&went OTT. Blocked me from facebook&myspace &got her friends to delete me. They say the mail was patronising (boyf didnt think so) &have disowned me. I'm banned from their twins' baptism 2mora. Boyf is godfather &wants me there yet won't defend me or refuse to go if i'm not there. He's worried2upset his bro yet this is hurting me so much. I desperately want to be with him. They are breaking my heart &refuse to back down. What do i do!?

So your boyfriends loyalty is mainly with his family?? Sounds like you're out there on your own. You might want to rethink being involved with this guy. It doesn't sound very promising for you. If he wanted you there bad enough he would have stood up for you. It's all about them..where do you fit in????
