How do I tell my Friends and Family HELP?

Well I am 19 in college and I think my friends and maybe my family are beginning to think I am gay. Well my friends even my best friend dont really want to hang out with me much lately. I think they think that I am gay. Because I never hang out with girls, cuz really nothing in common with them, so just hang out with my guy friends. Everyone is becoming so distant and this is really the only thing I can think of why. So should I tell them I am Asexual or just say Im not gay????
One of my friends asked what I would do if I was with a naked girl. I wanted to say I am not interested in woman, I am Asexual. But I said haha what do you think like it was obvious.

Please no smart ace answers, I know Asexual also means a one celled organism that reproduces by itself. Its just childish to be a smart ace about it, cuz the way I am using it means a person who is not attracted to either gender. So no smart ace asnwers

lying to them is lying to yourself if thats who you are then you should be proud of it, dont try to hide it, also if they stop hanging round with you because of youre sexuality then they arnt very good friends and youre better off without them
