How do I create a legal binding contract for my small family daycare...

...center in Sacramento, CA? I am starting my own small family daycare center and I need to create a legal contract but I don't know how to go about it? I was told it is highly recommended to have a legal binding contract done professionally by a legal person. I've never done this before and I need help how to make one. If anyone have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
