I got no Financial Aid whatsoever. My family makes next to nothing. Why??

I got no Financial Aid whatsoever. My family makes next to nothing. Why??

I just recieved my financial aid report in the mail from my college. The only thing offered was a subsidized loan. I don't understand why I didn't get anything at all. My family makes under the poverty line. I don't know how to pay for college now.
