Best universities with financial aid for International Students?

Hello,
I am from Australia and I am looking at universities throughout the USA to study Aerospace Engineering.

I know MIT, Yale, Harvord and Princeton have the 'need-blind' admissions policy that allows international students significant finacial aid for their studies.

I want to commence my studies this Fall 2008. Unfortunately I have missed the application deadline for all these universities as I could not take the SAT test or arrange an interview soon enough here in Australia...

Are there any other universities that provide good financial aid for international students? Of course I will have to produce very high SAT scores.

I have applied for Embry-Riddle, although the international scholarship is not very much, I can afford at least 3 semesters from my savings.

Really appreiciate the advice, would like to know about my options.
