financial aid question...? I was enrolled in college last semester in the fall and i am registered for the spring which ends next month in may. I finished last semester and i was put on academic probation due to my grades and if i dont push my grades up this semester something happens but i dont know what. I know that i havent been going this semester maybe only about 3 weeks but eversince then i stopped going because i needed to get a job. What will happen to my financial aid? and will i be able to still go to school next semester?

I assume if you don't get good grades this semester then you won't be able to move on the the next semester. You can still get financial aid if you have a job, assuming it's EMA then it's dependant on your parents income. You / the college do need to prove that you go 3/5 days every week though for it to continue. I'd advise though to give up the job and focus on your academic work and getting those good grades.

well, i think they would take away the money since you dont attend school anymore. they would still help you if you get a job but if you dont go to school they wont give you any money. also if u work u have to make a little less than decent amount of money, meaning minimum wage and part time also. if you make too much money, they won't help you a lot if not at all. thats the point of financial aid is for people that dont make much money or at all.
