| Financial aid late for previous semester?
I have a late fee I owe the Community College of 3.1K, and it has been turned to the Collections Agency. Can I still apply for Financial aid during 07-08' year and have it pay for the previous semester? I'm not currently enrolled at the school, but want to be during the summer. What are my options, if not for Financial Aid? I don't have a job.      |
