| Texas Financial Aid? My family is either moving to Texas this year or next year. Currently I'm a junior, and my father said that in order to apply for financial aid in Texas I have to be a citizen there for one year. I'd really rather live in Maryland for another year before moving again. So could you please explain whether or not this is true?
