well you can go to a bank like ANZ etc and get out a loan
but you normally have to pay back about twice the amount you borrow, if you have had a job even a part time one you should of been saving instead of spending, my advise to you is get a job if you don't already have one

and save up the money

it will cost more to get a loan then to save up in the long run
