I can't work because my daughter needs constant care with her disability. How do I get financial aid for her?

Used to do financial aid counselling at a state school. Things have changed, but the resources are still there.She needs to fill out a FafSAS or whatever it is called these days. This is need based financial aid grants package. It will be based on your income from last year, number of other dependents and number also attending school.Should get this in by July 8th for maximum benefits. Visit the school where your daughter plans to atttend, or get a form on line and fill in the code where she plans to attend. depending on her disability, she can qualify for several resources not available to others. Call the nearest university around you, or junior college and tell them what you need. Start getting last year's tax forms together, you're going to need them.
